Whilst a popular choice amongst many, CBD edibles are arguably the slowest way for CBD to take effect. Taking anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours, they are particularly slow as they need to be broken down in the Digestive system before reaching your bloodstream. Both tinctures & vapes bypass the Digestive system hence the faster absorption speed.
These usually take 25-45 minutes to take effect, but their effects are very localised as the CBD is being rubbed into a very specific area.
Bath soaks such as CBD bath bombs and CBD Bath Salts dissolve in warm water to release a blend of essential oils, herbs, and CBD. A 30 minute relaxing bath allows CBD and other ingredients to absorb through the skin, providing a relaxing experience and nourishing the body.
