Delivery Policy
This policy applies to all purchases made at fmula+. By placing an order, you indicate that you have read and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Delivery Information
- Order Processing: Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Shipping Confirmation: A confirmation email will be sent once your order is handed to the carrier.
- Dispatch Times: Orders placed on weekends or Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Additional Shipping Information
Delays
We aim to meet the estimated delivery times, but delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control. If there’s a significant delay, we will inform you of the updated delivery timeline.
Customs and Import Duties
For international orders, any additional import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Failure to pay these charges may result in the order being returned or destroyed, and no refund will be provided for shipping costs or items.
Returns and Cancellations
Cooling-Off Period (UK & EU Only)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel your purchase within 14 working days. The item must be returned unused, in its original packaging, and you must notify us before returning.
Amendments and Order Errors
Contact us within one hour of placing an order for changes or cancellations. Once dispatched, amendments are no longer possible.
Refused Deliveries
If you refuse a delivery, contact us at hello@fmulaplus.com. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable for refused or undeliverable orders.
Risk of Loss
Once handed to the courier, risk of loss and title pass to the buyer. If your order hasn’t arrived within 20 working days, contact us within 25 days of placing the order for assistance.
